Searching for a Winter Coat

I am looking high and low for plus size winter coats. I really hope I find one soon because the temperature is dropping more and more every day. Just last week most of the days were in the 60s, but this week most days were in the 50s, and next week most days are supposed to be in the 40s. Winter really comes quickly. Its even supposed to snow a little tomorrow.

I am hoping to find something that is full length, and either wool or cashmere. I don’t want a leather coat, and I am a little worried about getting a down coat. It rains a lot here, even in winter, and once down gets wet it is absolutely no good at all for keeping you warm. Wool does keep you warm even when its wet. For color, I would love black, but I can compromise on a burgundy or a navy color.

My sister and I went shopping yesterday. My brother gave us some shopping money so we went shopping right away. We went to different stores to look for some quality inexpensive stuff. In a handbag store, I saw a cute handbag. I was staring at it for awhile and my sister noticed it. She asked me if I’m interested in the bag and I said yeah. She was laughing at me and I just blankly stared at her. I don’t know why she was laughing and she said I couldn’t possibly like the bag and she even asked me to stare at it for a little bit more.

My sister pointed out the faults of the bag. She said it has no classic appeal and the metal cut outs were ridiculous.
