I decided to look for a good NHS management job. Working with the NHS for many years, I have finally realized that I have good potential to be the at the helm. I guess that I just feel like I have tons of experience, and the only reason that I wasn’t pulling ahead was because I was too afraid to. I thought that I didn’t deserve the job, but I now see that I do. Someone with less experience than me applied for another managerial position, and I got a bit jealous. After all, I knew that I had been here longer than a lot of people! I guess that I have myself to blame for not pulling ahead, but that is what I am doing now. I feel like there are so many possibilities, and I am just going to see to it that I can finally get the job that I deserve.
