The spin bowler is a key element in the bowling line up of any cricket team, the skill of Shane Warne and Muttiah Muralitharan has highlighted the potential and the shear power and influence a high class spin bowler can have in the game of cricket. The spin bowler can be used to slow the game, add pressure and most importantly attack batsmen. The spin bowler moves the ball off the pitch turning it sideways, as the spinning ball grips the pitch and turns and can also cause it to bounce variably.
A good spin bowler needs to be able to bowl a consistent line and length, is able to turn the ball, which requires lots of practice and dedication to succeed. If you are a spin bowler you should try and experiment with varying degrees of flight, speed, and angle of approach in order to deceive the batsmen.
There are two recognised types of spin bowlers, which are, finger spinners who are classed as the orthodox technique and use their index finger (first finger) to spin the ball and the wrist spinners who use the wrist more than fingers to spin ball.
Target areas:
Off spin: The off

As the working mans vehicle has changed over the years, many make it a way of life to personalize their ride. Beyond the additions of mud flaps and toolboxes, the interior to our vehicles is where we spend countless hours driving and it is our home away from home.
To combat the harsh weather conditions in the Southern Northwest United States, Jim Dantun is now a firm believer that quality floor mats are a necessity. On rainy days, which happen too often up here, Im in and out of my truck all day doing deliveries. I have had a set of Husky Liners in my Silverado since I bought it and I didnt know they would help me out in bigger ways than just keeping my floors clean. My partner has always joked around saying I spend too much time and money on my truck, but on one of our runs, he was stepping out of his truck and slipped out, breaking his pelvic bone and collar bone. If he had some mats to help him with his wet step out, his problem would have been solved. He told me that his boots were wetting from

This year, many people around the globe will send Christmas cards to share holiday greetings with family and friends. The annual holiday letter has become a popular method for folks to stay in touch and update their circle of acquaintances with family news and events. These traditional cards and letters have evolved over the generations to become the newsletters and greetings that they are today. But there is a long history of the Christmas cards that goes back beyond the modern society to an entirely different century and culture.

An 86-year-old graphic designer recently filed a lawsuit against Volkswagon saying he is the designer of the original, nearly 60-year-old VW logo. Nikolai Borg doesnt want financial compensation. He is suing Volkswagon for not recognizing his hand in the design.
I am not after money, Borg said in an article on FreelanceUK.com. I just want to live to see my work acknowledged. I will not settle for anything less than historical acceptance.
Borg claims a senior Nazi commissioned him to design the now world famous logo just before WW II. After being told the project was on hold, he was surprised to see his very own design appear on military vehicles a few years later. He has been trying to get recognition ever since.
Credit-taking in the graphic design world is full of grey territory. A company might hire a designer to come up with a logo, and then hire a different company to update their logo a few years later. The changes in design might be small, and may even go unnoticed by most people. But who has the credit for coming up with the design?
Which designers have the right to list them as the originator [...] Continue Reading…

Choosing the set of bowls of the most important issue to face most bowlers when they begin to play the sport.
Yet, judging by the number of people I see whilst coaching and also on my travels, I would estimate that between thirty and forty per cent of them are using the wrong-sized bowls.
The popular method of determining bowls size has been to have the bowler span around the bowl with the middle fingers and the thumb of each hand. If the fingers and thumbs just meet around the running surface the bowl is supposed to be the right size. This theory may work in some cases, but it misleads many people.
I believe the only way to find the correct size is to swing a number of various sized bowls in the hand. With a new player, I would place a bowl in the hand and adjust the fingers to the correct grip that felt comfortable to the player.
Then I would ask the player to swing the hand back to the furthest point on the backswing. If the player feels the bowl may drop, then it is obviously too big. If the bowl can be

You spent your 9 to 5 mostly at the office. Hunched over in some small cubicle, you try to beat the deadlines while enduring the pain in your neck, in your back, and just about every other part of your tired body. Included in your everyday complaint list is the stiffening right shoulder and the aching wrists that have become so twisted after using the old-style keyboard. Your eyes always feel as if they are about to pop out or explode due to the sheer number of hours that you have worked in front of that glaring flat screen monitor. And at the end of the day, you always ask yourself, Can I still do this all over again tomorrow?

We all have clients that love us. And I mean loooooooove us. These are our favorit. clients that we like to think about all the time. Clients like these are the reason we are in business and the reason we love our business so much.
Unfortunately, not all our clients are like this. We also have clients that, after a period of time, leave us and don’t continue using our services. We know that in business this is not unusual. Client attrition is a normal part of a healthy business. Clients get better, move forward, change their minds.
However, as a business owner, it’s important you know WHY these people are leaving. I am going to call these clients “inactive clients”.
Why are they not coming back? Are they using your competitors? A company online? Did you alleviate a pain they were experiencing – basically you did your job – and they have no reason to see you anymore? Was there something that upset them or made them uncomfortable that they didn’t want to come back?
What? This isn’t fun? Don’t stick your head in the sand! You need to know this stuff.
While it’s

Apparently the best season for Neil Rackers, who plays in the placekicker position for the Arizona Cardinals, was during 2005 when he connected on 40 of 42 field goals placing a new NFL record. Rackers received a trip to Hawaii for the 2005 Pro Bowl as his price. With this record he surpassed the previous one placed by Olindo Mare in 1999, a 39 mark.
Despite the Cardinals didnt have a good season Rackers himself had a great one. Cardinals lost 5 games by seven points or less and missed the playoffs. After this resting stage Rackers had to get back to the training camp and get ready for this years season which he is expecting to be more exciting than last years.
Another fact that is good to mention regarding the Big Reds preps is the acquisition of the running back Edgerrin James and the inauguration of the new Cardinals Stadium.
The football player has been working very hard to get the best of this coming season. Actually one of his goals is to surpass the 85%.
The opening game for the next Cardinals 2006 preseason will take place on August 12, at the
